Archbishop Justin Badi Arama, Primate of the Episcopal Church of South Sudan, his wife Joyce Solomon Eremadowa Modi, and Rev. Dr. Joseph Bilal, Head of the Episcopal University Initiative, will make a special appearance at VTS as part of their visit to several US cities and churches. The VTS Community is invited to a buffet lunch at the Deanery to learn about the Episcopal Church of South Sudan and how the church can be a witness amidst conflict in one of the newest provinces of the Anglican Communion. This event is co-sponsored by Virginia Theological Seminary's Center for Anglican Communion Studies and AFRECS, the American Friends of the Episcopal Church of the Sudans.
